Each dashboard runs the full intelligence pipeline: ingestion, narrative clustering, framing, briefings, and alerts. Articles within a dashboard don't count separately — you can track unlimited articles per dashboard, capped only by your daily article allowance.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle and gain access immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle, so you keep what you paid for.
Briefings are unlimited within your tier's dashboard count. You don't pay per-briefing or per-token. The constraint is dashboards, not output volume.
